My relative is like cousin brother is working in this bank since 2 years. So I sometime communicate with him about thier job issue. He told me dont try to this branch, and he told me experience of his day by day working. He said me have less salary and too much work load. Even sometime branch send him outside the city for some of bank work.
And there also not have good policy like health policy or any financial security. So there are no any job security. And also not effective carreer growth.
Work environment also stressful because
