My wife and myself decided to oder a photo cake and some cup cakes at french loaf palllavakkam for my daughter birthday. the experience with french loaf at palavakkam ecr was extremly bad on the equiry on previous day they asked me to send the picture that I wanted by email to mail id . after completing the process twice 10 am in the morning and even after repaetly calling the outlet 7 to 8 times during the course of the day till about 10 pm there was very poor response and no one was able to receive the order. the calls were answer by various staff members there two among them were prabu and balaji who kept telling them repeatly that they would check ifthey received the picture and get back inthe 10 minutes. I didnt receive any call and finally at 9;40 pm in the last time I called them they me there is a network error na d they asked me to cancel the order. they cancel my order at the last and we have to go some where else at last movement. very poor service and response form them.
