Though this review comes 7days late, nevetheless, its better late than never. So finally we our wish to eat at Thai Pavilion is fulfilled. And what a special day it was. 26th Mar 2015, Amlan's(my husband) b'day. After contemplating several options, we finally decided on Thai Pavilion.
So the table booked for lunch at 14:30 on Thursday 26th Mar, we are welcomed by the courteous staff with a smile and a wet tissue to wipe hands. After going thru the menu, given the fact that I am a vegetarian and Amlan a non-vegetarian, we ordered our resp dishes.
Since I was the only one going to eat Veg food, I thought of skipping the soups and the starters and directly go for the main course. So the dishes chosen were the fragrant Jasmine Rice and scrumptious Veg Mildly Spiced Thai Green Curry. And my significant other ordered for Prawn Coriander Soup with Thai Herbs and the most sought after and one of the speciality starter: Crispy Soft Shell Crabs.
To go with the rice was the refreshing Iced Green Tea and the final touches to this delicious meal and a delightful experience was the sinful dessert - Spice Creme Brulee with Sun-dried Rose Petal.
The taste and the experience of Thai Pavilion still lingers on even after 5days. Would love to go back again and try some of the other exotic and exquisite dishes.
We would highly recommend Thai Pavilion for the authentic Thai Cuisine and an exprience to be treated like royalty.
