Worst Company with Bad Experience. Review on Teleperformance India

Only the Office Building looks very Glamourous, both exterior and interior

1. Teleperformance hired for a process and while hiring they mentioned there would be transportation to or from office(either one), but once you join and start working with them, there is no transportation. They set the wrong expectations just to somehow hire candidates

2. After joining, 1st 2 weeks they just provide you breaks on breaks, then 3rd week onwards Process Training begins which is rushed and the Training only appears to be a formality. They literally don't care whether employees are able to grasp the concepts, and apply them in real-time scenarios to solve issues. As a result, employees are pressurized and some of them perform badly during certification.

3. Employees who actually put in efforts get targeted by some of the useless Team Leads, they unnecessarily escalate issues to Training Manager only to make the employee feel pathetic about themselves, totally Unprofessional behaviour at Kolkata Location(Godrej Waterside)

4. Doing Good quality work is definitely not the objective here
