Disappointed with the product and customer care is pathatic. They make you wait endlessly. My tv was picked by service centre guys 15 days back in Mumbai. When you call them , either they will not pick your call or even if picked by chance they will never respond to your query.


Never ever make a mistake of buying TCL products.
