Hi people I am living in noida and I am using tata broad band s in sec 12 they have pathetic service, their server I came down regularly even for days not for hours . when we call they they say they have registered the call and forward it to service department . and the response time of service department is 3 to 4 days and after that they are not providing satisfactory services .in last month . we have face as much as 16 time of net connectivity problem. still doing the same calling the customer care, and doing same process with same speed of service . and finally I have round down the tata connection and will purchase some new broadband connection
it will be better to use bsnl than this
