I had lodged a complaint about my Tata Swatch Smart on 12th October 2013. My complaint number ends with 321112.
I was assured about the resolution within 2 working days. However, even as on today(19th October 2013), after innumerable follow ups & phone calls my problem still remains unresolved.
All I have been getting is assurances from the customer service department that the issue will be solved today, tomorrow, etc. but it has become nothing short of a 5 year plan.
To say the least, this is not what I expected from a reputed brand like Tata.
It seems I have wasted my time & money by relying on Tata Swatch. More than the loss of 1000 odd rupees, I am feeling betrayed and frustrated because Tata is synonymous with ethics but what I have experienced is far from it.
I will surely never buy a Tata Product again nor will I recommend Tata to anyone I know.
