POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE AND POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Review on Tata Motors Ltd

You might get attracted to purchase a Tata Car for its previous name, but remember that Ratan Tata is no more with the company. He has retired and those replacing him are totally useless. My friend owns a Tata Nano car. She had lot of trouble in getting it serviced properly. Wason motors, Mumbai and Mohan Motors, Rishikesh are totally useless when it comes to systematic servicing of your Tata Car. To add on, Wason Motors employees at their service centre in chembur have no manners. Similarly the Mohan Motors people also steal your car interiors. So beware! And when you complain neither the customer care nor the dehradun officer(some one called rajan) of Tata Motors are of any use. So now my friends, DO NOT EVER BUY TATA CARS. THE NAME IS GONE, THEIR CAR SALES ARE LOW AND ARE DROPPING AND THEIR AFTER SALE SERVICING IS UTTERLY POOR AND UNSUPERVISED. GO FOR MARUTI OR OTHER BETTER BRANDS. TATA MOTORS WOULD SOON DISAPPEAR LIKE PREMIER COMPANY.ONLY A FEW YEARS MORE. SO STOP BUYING TATA CARS
