This is absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had. I've used Reliance, Sify, Tata Wimax and airtel over the years, but Tata docomo is by far the most troublesome.
To sell you the device 2-3 people will constantly call u and sugar coat words and promise the sky, but once u buy the device u might as well kiss ur cash goodbye. The customer support is pathetic, their online chat is a joke, and the people who previously bent over backwards to call u now have a generic '15 minutes sir' while ive waited for 5*24 hours. I bought the device on the 10th and its been 5 days with still no activation. No call form anyone to get it activated, and no response from the person who gave me the card. Secondly I was promised the 21.1 mbps card but I see I have the 7.2 mbps card.
Ive lost my peace of mind, feel cheated and am close to suing the company. Do yourself a favour and stay away!
