Tata Docomo mobile operator service is one of the pathetic service available in Kolkata. I had the them tata indicom walky for 3 years & then was forced to surrender it. The device they provided was of poor quality, the battery had to be changed every months.
The reception power of the device was bad. It would not work if you take it away from the base, say about 15 meters. The call center executives are as dumb as one could be, they would insist you to change the handset every time you booked a request for replacement batteries. Making STD calls were night mare. The line would get disrupted. A VERY BAD SERVICE FROM TATA.
