Hello people I m using broadband of tata and the internet connection keeps getting disrupted every 1 hour but when u call up the customer care, they wont respond.They wont even pick your calls.Only when you call for a new connection, they will pick up instantly, provide you with a wrong number for broadband cc n then disconnect. 3 message for the org - Please pay the customer care guys to attend calls, not for putting customers on hold for an indefinite amount of time.give best services to the customer and improve your services.thank you.
