I bought Tata AIG Health Insurance policy, but I was very disappointed with the customer service and the coverage provided. The representative who helped me with the policy was unfriendly and unresponsive. Later, I found out that some of the benefits listed on the website were not included in my policy, which was frustrating. When I tried to file a claim, it was a long and complicated process, and I had to provide a lot of paperwork. Even after all that, I faced delays in receiving the payments for my claims. Overall, my experience with Tata AIG Health Insurance was not good.
Additionally, when I tried to cancel the policy, the customer service representative was once again unhelpful and unresponsive. It took me several attempts to get in touch with someone who could assist me, and even then, the process was very confusing.
Overall, my experience with Tata AIG Health Insurance was very disappointing. The lack of good customer service and misleading information about coverage were big issues for me. If you're considering purchasing a health insurance policy, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a company that is more transparent and has better customer support.
