Writing it because tata aia customer care is really bad. No support at all. After selling policy they dont bother for policy holder. Without calling or solving issue they close the service requests. Also the customer care number's talk to avisor option is not working. It says service temporary unavailable. I was trying from 15 days for solving my issue but bo response at all. I have all the proofs. Really unprofessional customer service.
