Hello everyone, In may 2017 I joined talwalkars gym to make myself fit and strong . I had booked the 9am to 10am slot 5 days in advance but when I reached for my session I have to wait for an hour because of crowd . I am not the only one who is waited for this, other passenger's are also suffered the same . At the time of joining I expressed my self that I don't have much time to wait that's why I am booking slot in 5 days in advance then the company official say's yes u don't have to wait whenever you want to come but after purchasing there membership I am suffering from there waiting issue . I also pay money for body massage and steam bath but whenever I go there , it was always booked and busy so, I didn't get the service even not once and I had paid full amount for it . Staff and trainer's in the gym are very uncooperative and even they didn't handle all of the customer very well( lack of trainer according to quantity of customer). If the management is unable to handle more customer so why did he allow joining of them . They also don't have proper big place for gym compare to the quantity of customer . This is a total waste of money if you are thinking for fit and strong body .
