I am using cooler since 1 year and till one year I have reapired 10 times this symphony cooler as its weight is also very much. The first thing which is not good is about water motor that will be damaged after 2 months and we have to replaced it every 2 months that cost is also too high. The sound while the cooler is on is also very horrible sound and talking about its grass that will also become full of dust and want to change every 1 month with the new grass and talking about the speed of cooler it is also very slow that doesnt give us cool air. And other thing is about its power it is very slow and this company doesnt give the warranty for thier product. And the cost is too high so waste of money to buy this.
