Don't buy symphony products I was purchased one year back this cooler performance very poor not worst and wheels of cooler are broken till to not replaced due to spare part not available and with out wheels cooler is not stand properly and it may fell down any time and many times raise a complaint on custmor care till to not resolved my problem due to this problem I was packed up and fell down in dust bin
the cooler was delivered to us on a day temperature was over 42 deg.C. we expected to have a respite but was very disappointed. The high speed is like a table fan. Thr cool is not there eveb after running for whole night. Its a waste if money.
