I ordered a cake from Swiggy for Mothers Day(Order ID: 205944590505945) and it was a total disaster.
We waited over 45 minutes only to receive a cake that was completely smashed inside the box. The cake was stuck to the sides, the box was damaged, and the condition was so bad we had to tear it open just to inspect it. It looked like it had been thrown around carelessly during delivery.
To top it off, I paid over ₹;500 for this cakewhich is a complete rip-off for the quality received. This wasn't just a delivery issueit ruined an emotionally important day for us. My mother was clearly upset, and it hurt us deeply as a family.
Swiggys support team has only delayed the resolution, pushing the issue to a specialist queue with no real action taken.
Swiggy, if you cannot ensure quality and care for special occasions, you dont deserve to handle such orders. I am still waiting for a 100% refund and if not processed immediately, Ill go for a chargeback and make sure this is shared across all platforms.
Do not trust Swiggy for special occasions. Extremely disappointed.
