Eggs are among the must nutritious food on the planet. Eggs are good source of protein If eggs are over cooked a greenish layer sometimes appears around egg yolk this is because of over cooking. This greenish layer does not effect the taste of egg, but it harms( decreases the quality of proteins) So Boil the egg for 7 to 10 min and chilling the egg for few min with cold water until it is completely cooled may prevent the greenish layer forming on the surface of yolk.
