Hello folks I would like to share my bad experience with sun direct DTH services. Actually I've been using this sun direct DTH service since 2years. But there no satisfaction at all. I was called to sum direct DTH customer care and informed about signal strength and clarity of channel and it took 40min to connect with customer care service and they didnt respect the customerd while talking and it was like worst experience talking with them and explaing about problems and even in the local Sun direct DTH store guys also used to hesitate and didn't pick the calls if we call for support and service. Dont know what's happening now in sun direct. Earlier It was pretty much good and good signal and very much clarity with less money more offers.
