Sun Direct created a very appreciable hype before few years but they are taking advantage nowadays. The price of the packages in Sun Direct is too much increased just within 1 year span, and its crazy how they sort the packages. They pull off some of the very important channels off the packages and put a special price for those channels. And the channels very frequently go off the air and then after a few hours contacting the customer care they give back the line but that too takes atleast 4 hours whuch is too worse. And not at all a good choice for people who want a new dish connection.
