I really like SBI not just the cause that it has the richest and largest numbers of account holders but also for their customer support.
I have opened an account in SBI . But I could not get my ATM card cause of the mistake by clerk of the bank. It passed months and my waiting was not getting an end .
Many time I visited branch manager and tired of His cold answers.and decided to complain in customer care of bank.After complaining the Executive promised to resolve my problem within 4 days . Exactly it had hardly passed 2 days I got a call from my branch manager requesting to register for ATM again and apologized for inconvenient I faced.
That was really nice experience.If you have any complain regarding local branch of SBI I encourage you to complain at 1800112211 and You would get the right solution .
