Everyone says state bank of India as the best bank. Yeah. I was good bank once. But not now. It had become the most irritating bankers.
State bank of India is one of the most annoying and irritating bank. Lenmme explain why.
Once my uncle went to rajasthan. There he needed some money. He have only SBI account. So I went to a state bank branch to deposit money in his account. I'm bank they are asking for a smart card. I don't have account in that bank. So I'm not aware of that smart card and all. So I asked that accountant about that card. He is not even ready to explain me about that. I was asking almost everyone, but no one explained me. Then a costumer explained me that smart card was given to all the account holders. Using that card only we can credit money in any one account. That is to credit money in someone account you need to have account in that bank.
To create an account in state bank of India, you need to do a really long procedure. I think it is one of the tactics to reject new costumers as they have too many customers.
As it is one of the good nationalised bank, they shudnt do like this. Please fix.
