Senior management is so shameless that an average customer review rating 2.1 is also not waking them up.

SBI - Means We don't Care for Customer


YES, every banking services have gone for Sea change as improvements but SBI(except some sensible staff) remain like before.


First of all in most cases Branch will not display the contact details in case a customer has a complaint so they are blocking maximum opportunity for the customers not to make a complaint. Even if you find out with your special efforts where to make a complaint - Regional Manager will not initiate any action, even after reminder over reminder. To your surprise even DGM level person will not listen to you specially if the Branch Manager is a protected baby / YES person to a senior SBI official.


Yes, senior management can promote a incompetent person as Branch Manager(who is still living with clerk mentality and competence) and post him / her at a most important Branch because it is convenient to her.


As result if you wish to reduce your business with SBI still they don't care proving - "We don't care for the customer" - being one of the oldest bank they have lot of business no problem.
