There is no doubt that SBI is one of the best public sector bank in india but the branch services take such a so much time.
online work facility is very nice in sbi but if you will go for work in SBI branch so you have to wait for long time. you cant expect that your work will be finish early.
lineup in SBI is such very long. every counter is busy always. if you want submit the cash or if you want to make a draft in every work you have to wait very much long.
they should need to improve the ofline services. they have to understand the value of peoples time.
