Except housing loanNever take any service from SBI. Review on State Bank Of India

Malleswaram Branch is roll model for all worst fellows, particularly branch mAnasultanger and deputy mAnasultanger.

One funny thing is that I complained to SBI chairman on Malleswaram branch but that fellows forwarded my complaint again to Branch level to answer, this indicates their worst nature.

I had taken salary ac and immediately personal loan(AC #30458973588, which is floating rate of interest) from SBI around June/Aug 2008 by expecting that Govt Banks don’t cheat customers. Net rate of interest as 16.5%. Initially rate of interest changed as and when RBI changed some of the key rates. Just after taking loan due to certain reasons I had changed company where I don’t have option to select SBI as salary ac. 2011 year when I enquired current personal loan rate of interest  then bank told that it is 16.5% where as bank is charging @17.5% interest for old customers like me and when I asked the same with concerned bank mAnasultanger he told that bank has changed the term base rate and currently they have other term for reference and with that bank is charging personal loan @16.5% for new customers.

So what ever logic/stories bank will tell but this is PURELY CHEATING TO OLD CUSTOMERS BECAUSE NEW CUSTOMER WHILE TAKING LOAN WILL DEFINITELY ENQUIRE/COMPARE AND THE SAME SHOULD BE COMPETITIVE BUT OLD CUSTOMERS DON’T DO THE SAME AND CANT CLOSE IN MIDDLE BY SPENDING TIME AND TEDIOUS PROCESS ONCE AGAIN SO BANK IS CHEATING AS THEIR WILL/LIKE.

If u have issues/financial problems then private banks will reduce interest rate if you don’t aishwaryasingh23 EMI but in SBI they will add fines and will block sb ac also.

Even some of the MAnasultangers behavior is worst(I gave request to reverse penalty charged even after aishwaryasingh23ing EMI, rejected to acknowledge request arguments went to you can’t pluck my hairs level), but positive is that in this case their superiors are punishing enough if solid complaint goes but this takes our entire peace and time.

In any way SBI is waste bank to have salary ac(reviews that Corporation and CAnasultanra are better)

Also I had complained to RBI keeping bank email id cc.
