I would like to say that the biggest bank in the country that has a branch in Kamanahalli needs to pull up their socks. The number that is available is NEVER answered. Another number that you get when googling is not in use.
Aside from this, the ATM's are constantly on the blink. Either there is no money available, or the machines are not working(out of order).
Deposit machines are never working 24x7 and when we try to deposit cash(during work hours), the machines take in the money with an error message. Visiting the staff upstairs is not at all conducive as they are not very polite. Maybe they need a dose of manners to deal with customers.
Another very crucial feature is that their bank is on the first floor with the machines on the ground floor. The lift does not work, therefore it is quite a task for senior citizens to walk up the stairs. Even people who are unable to walk cannot use the lift.
Perhaps it is time that the branch improves its way of functioning, gets the phone numbers attended to or have someone man the phone to transfer calls. It is not such an impossible feat, considering that this is the largest bank in the country.
