It has been like 25 days I havent got my debit card which I renewed as I lost my previous debit card .when I lost my debit card I blocked it online after blocking it I went to my nearest sbi bank branch . I was given a form I filled it with my passport size picture stuck on it. I was told that I would get me debit card in 10-15 days . I waited like hell for that card and it has been 25 days .
Now I hav to take leave from my college and had to visit the sbi bank again. I am terribly disappointed by their customer care service.
