This is one of the biggest bank in India with having branches in different part of the world. SBI provides range of features to its customers like Internet banking, Phone banking, Lot of ATM availability all over India covering remote places. There is some issue I have faced with this bank. A few days ago I have to visit couple of occasion to activate my account internet banking facility. In case of my friend also he have to visit couple of time to open a new bank account. Sometime there were shortage of cash in ATM's also. Though they are the biggest public sector bank in India but they need to look after these things.
