Yesterday morning my father-in-law(64 yrs) admitted in PSG hospital, Coimbatore for Radiology treatment, so we given a CLAIM request to STAR health, today evening CLAIM got rejected, everyone in my family shocked and asked the reason, they are telling that this treatment covers only from third year onwards ans telling us to read terms and conditions.
Till now we spent more than 80, 000 rupees. What's the stupid terms and condition they are giving, Do I need to renew the policy for three years continuously to utilize this claim?
*Don't take any policy from "Star Health Insurance".*
