Worst experience of life. I have been a part of star health since 5 years, but has never seen such a unprofessional staff. Mismanagement of documents, no working on the ground level by the team, no proper communication channels, unqualified customer support and even the agents. There is no communication between the agent on field and the managers sitting in the head offices at Delhi and Chennai. Being a doctor myself I would never recommend such a reckless insurance to any of my contacts in the foreseeable future.
