I had invested in SBI mutual funds through Sprism Investment Services 10 years ago! I didn't even remember that I had after so many years! Recently I received an statement from Sprism Investment that my dividend is paid out and its paid for last 10 years, to an account that's not existent! I tried reaching out to Sprism Investment to verify where the dividends is paid out for last 10 years, their employees are such non -sense and idiotic that they don't even realise I am copied in the email, that is not even meant for me!
They are passing the bucks to one another,addressing the email to me without even realising that it needs to be sent to their employee for answers! I am not sure why I made a decision to invest through this company, but would suggest to avoid these fraud people who don't even have basic manners how to speak to customers! They don't bother answering questions and many times I wonder if the money I invested will I ever get back?
I am not sure how many people they would have misguided and grabbed money but its better to avoid this Bangalore based company at all costs for your investment needs!
