I had an absolutely terrible experience with Spinny and I strongly urge others to stay away from their services.
I purchased a car from Spinny on 19th May, which came with a warranty. Shockingly, the car developed an issue just 9 days later, on 28th May. I reported it immediately, and the car was taken for service on 30th May.
From 30th May to 6th June, there was ZERO communication from Spinnys side. No updates, no calls, no clarity. I had to follow up repeatedly, and even after multiple calls, on 6th June, all I was told was, We are still working on the issue. with no official confirmation, no timeline, and no proper response.
This is not just poor service its a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism.
For a company that claims to provide a reliable post-sale experience, this was the worst. Their customer service is unresponsive, their communication is non-existent, and their warranty support is completely unreliable.
💥 I would NEVER recommend Spinny to anyone. Think twice before trusting them with your money or your peace of mind. 💥
