Dear spinny,
I have a booking for the Kia Seltos Petrol DCT GTX Plus Automatic and the July 1st week of 2024. through the dealer SPINNY(Vijaya Mall, Chennai). The car looks interior, exterior well maintained, but when I took it from Spinny, I faced the many issues of a car, I raised more than complaints in Spinny App & Customer support also.
They never ever consider my request, they are still trying to skip my issues. I spent a lot of money on this car. I raised the complaint in the app but Experience Manager Mr.Brijith is not listening to my word. I'll explain the complaints list out,
Low AC cooling problem(I went to KIA service centre, they replaced compressor)
Clutch jerking and mileage issues(I went to KIA service centre, they replaced dual clutch and spare parts)
Wheel alignment issue(I went to local wheel alignment service centre, they checked & solved the issue) Spinny only paid this amount to me
Hard steering wheel(Not resolved)
KIA Connect disconnects from the old owner( I raised many times this complaint to Mr.Birijith & Mohan raj) But no use
