At the Vidhya Vihar showroom of Spinny, the RM showed extreme arrogance and made my wife and me wait over 3 hours after finalizing the deal and loan approval for Hyundai Creta MH 02 FL 4005 for ₹14.87 Lakhs & cancel it later, claiming someone booked it online while my deal was under process with just a ₹10K payment without a test drive and showroom visit. This is unethical and unfair.

I lost the deal, I lost the car.
