We had a really bad experience while selling the car at their Gurgaon Sohna Road office. There was no executive to support or let us know the process of handover. Rajveer was sarcastic and demeaning to us. The guy who’s aligned to us was on his week off. No one really wants to work here including the central team as they missed informing their handover executive only.
There are so many demand executives with spinny tshirts sitting inside the office and no one cares to inform or guide us. Pls do not sell or buy your car from spinny. We had such a smooth process in Cars24.
