WORST AFTER SALES EXPERIENCE
I purchased a Maruti Swift Dzire (2016, under warranty) from Spinny and reported a steering vibration at high speed. After giving the car for service, the original issue remained unresolved, and a new severe braking problem started the car now vibrates violently like a grinder when braking.
Even after multiple emails, follow-ups, and a workshop visit where the technician acknowledged the issue, Spinnys after-sales team has shown complete negligence no resolution, no urgency, and no regard for customer safety.
Their customer care is equally disappointing unresponsive, dismissive, and lacking basic courtesy in addressing a serious safety concern.
