If you are confused whether to sell your car to Spinny or to some local dealer then this post might help you. I sold my car to Spinny and at the time of selling car, I was told that car transfer will be done in 6 months and all challans will be the responsibility of Spinny. Now even after completion of 6 months and 3 pending challans there is no update from Spinny regarding challan payment and car transfer. I have contacted their customer support multiple times and their customer support will always apologize for the inconvenience and at the same time will do nothing. Based on my experience, my recommendation is that never sell your vehicle to Spinny because once your car is sold all you can do is to contact customer care and their customer care is of no use. So, may be Spinny look like a reliable company based on the advertising that they are doing but a local dealer might give you better car price and atleast you will be able to meet him face to face in case any issue occurs but there is such thing with Spinny.
