I had to travel Delhi due to some emergency with 10:45 AM flight. I reached airport at 9:38. Spice jet understood the situation. they helped issue tickets faster and check-in etc. I found flights to be always before or on time. At check-in counter there was one attendant, who was helping everyone with web check-ins. Thanks for all the great efforts!
