Horrible airlines with no concern for customers and senior citizens. It will close down soon like the kingfisher airlines.
Poor management. Management concerned about images of staff on the airlines and do not know how to make customers comfortable. Staff is ill trained in customer care. Seats are very uncomfortable and tight with no leg space. Very bad experience with them
