Everything seemed so far good till booking and as and when we just re reached mauritius 7 days tour.As and when I reached there I came to know Hotel is going for total renovation..within 4 days..Hotel was Riu creole and it was all inclusive.which u can see on Sotc websites..so as and when we reached we realise half of the activities closed or it was paid like we were included instroductory scuba lessons , strate up paddle , hammam bath , steam bath...this was all either closed or denied...coz they started renovation..my agent through which I booked was NEHA MAKWANA rajkot office..and my tour guide was Darshini And Pravin( Silver wings, Mauritius)..The main disastor was food...as we were pure veg ..and majority of the food was hardcore non veg..then though we somehow manage 2 days eated same thing pizza , baked potatoes , razma rice and daal..3rd day i requested local guide pravin and also called Rajkot office..provide me suitable food. Everybody said we requested to hotel..none of the mauritius guide visited the hotel. We were by our own. 3rd day and 4 th day same menu ..then i was arranged on one inner hotel named Bangalore there .there I had good food but than that hotel was gonna closed for renovation from tommorrow....if everything was gonna for renovation why company doesnt inform us to not to book or the company hasso incompetent people that they aren't aware of anything. Continuesly for 7 days we had same menu..we keep on begging them for good food and they keep on assuring and fooling us to do something. Both local Rajkot and Mauritius .and see the height of the matter how incompetent they are .at the second last day night my Darshini informed me about Air suvidhato be done for boarding...which was infact being informed by local agents here in Rajkot..but nobody cares the damn.Darshini our guide was the only person who throughout our journey helps us and eases up our situation by her effort..other all just have cheated..so after I got to know about Air suvidha i msg to pravin...rt pcr test to be done to my kid above 5 yrs..so he told me to help with test and certificates. So I still somehow managed to sleep in stress..and tommorrow morning i called pravin ..he simply rejected my call..i was tensed..i msged rajkot local office and that Neha said it's the duty of Resort or hotel to inform u about Airsuvidha..i mean what the hell are u kidding ????? She just bluffs anything ...ok then i request hotel ..they arrange for rt PCR test...and i have to 7500 for rt PCR test.Emergency extra thousand...all thing done we were relaxed ..and had checkout and waited for car to take us in airport....than comes the phone of pravin (Mr India of Mauritius ) ..was asking that we can provide rt PCR test along with air suvidha for free ...i said yeah so early and at the right time ...after paying fing 7500 for reports. U are asking for help...i said well thanks for your generosity. ..and boarded the plain without any one help. ..and last shock was in plane.No veg meals were mentioned at the time booking ticket by local Rajkot office...and we were without food straight 6 hrs ...and that was end of our misery ....NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE I PROMISE TO TRAVEL WITH SOTC ..THEY HAVE BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT FOOLS THERE...AND I URGE EVERYONE TO AVOID IT AT ANY COST ...
