I bought this phone around 1 and half year, it was working good but after around 1 year, a problem came of storage encryption an automatically password had been setup and it required password to open the phone lock then I went to many shops and sony care as well, care said that motherboard is to be replaced and costs around 3000, I was feeling its just a software problem and then I went to many shops I didn't get any solution I left my phone as it is, that's worst experience I have never felt throughout my whole life, I will never recommend such phone to any body in future.
