I have purchased Sony xperia z ultra about 3-4 months before and I have visited sony service center in varanasi, uttar pradesh branch and not getting a satisfactory response by the company. sony xperia z ultra screen is broken by an accident and I have made complain but the mechanics in th.  purchase new mobile from SONY CENTER(sony LT26i XPERIA S/BLACK) SP NO3171005-567266-0 on 14-APRIL-2012 INR 31000/= AUG 28th my phone is hang & not working I go sony service center for examin but they dont having good tecni.
