Hey guys I purchased sony 43 ultra hd 4k smart led tv on installments from nearby electronics i.e bajaj as rao nagar on oct 17 2017 .the representatives showed us the demo before buying that it is an excellent tv and warranty if we break this glass it wont broke they tap on the tv hardly and showed us.i really trusted them purchased sony 43 ultra hd 4k .the installation process also done . we watched it for one month n0v 17 and my little son threw a soft bottle brush to the tv and it broke .i was shock to see that the tv's display monitor has broken inside, what is this nonsense? they showed me the demo while purchasing and it broke because of small soft bottle brush! so shocking . when I called for the company to replace they are asking me to pay 50000 for screen replacement .what I dosent have finished my emi how should I pay .the product quality is so bad it wont stay for long time.is this the thing which sony produces? I had been cheated by the product.dont ever go to try this .i listened many gpood reviews of sony and been cheated .
