I recently tried Solo Cabs after seeing it listed as a "Made in India" service. While I really wanted to support a homegrown brand, my experience was honestly just average.
Booking Process:
The app is decent but a bit slow. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to confirm a cab, and the interface could be more user-friendly.
Driver Experience:
The driver was polite, but the cab arrived almost 15 minutes late. There was no proper communication or live tracking which made things more frustrating.
Pricing:
Rates are okay, not too high, but definitely not the cheapest compared to other apps. I also didn’t see any promotional offers, which most other cab services provide.
Service & Support:
Customer care is hard to reach. I tried calling after my ride was delayed, but got no proper response. The support system needs a serious upgrade.
