I have ordered 2 Samsung Galaxy Note 3(Black) having order id(4919228662, 4918633249) on 13th feb, 2015 to gift by brother & sister in law on their Marriage Anniversary. But its quite embarrassing that still 15 days gone, I have not received yet. Post waiting for almost 10 days when I contacted to customer care, they are telling the same will cancelled due to pricing error.
Now the query to Snapdeal, if there's such error then why you people are not informing at that moment. Still now also its seeing in my cart as under process .
For the same have registered complain on consumer forum(core.nic.in) with complain id 139896.3.2015.
Request your help to take forward such kind of mistakes which is harming on the trust of snapdeal.
