I have bought Samsung Galaxy Phone from Snapdeal.com, they sent me faulty phone, when I informed them about the problem they said they will pickup from me and give back my money, but till today after 20 days no body has come for pickup, When I called them they use to say that your money is safe.
They are cheating with consumers.
