I bought the washing machine from Snapdeal. They shipped the product on time from their end but the end delivery is still awaited. When I inquired about the delivery date they told me to coordinate with the courier company.
Under normal purchase every time you purchase a washing machine the dealer / retailer arranges for a product demo and installation. When I contacted Snapdeal for product demo, I was told to directly coordinate with the brand company.
This clearly shows no responsibility on products sold, Any request you raise or need details they only respond back saying the product is dispatched on time but do not provide any assistance on product end delivery or product installation.
They should work on after sales support and ensure the client gets the product on time and proper quality / installation as provided by other retailers in market.
