We regret buying a mattress from Sleepwell.
On 16th July 2025, we ordered a Sleepwell Ortho Mattress worth ₹;12, 599 Ref order: 216768(Order placed from my wifes mobile number: 81xxxxxx55). We chose to purchase directly from your website, expecting a smooth buying experience and better pricing compared to local stores.
Unfortunately, the mattress we received was defective. After raising a few complaints to them, we finally succeeded to conveniced them for inspection and the inspection guy have confirmed this is defective.
Me and my wife decided to order different matters from them as we are afraid replacing the same may have same issue. So we want to nearby Sleepwell store and selected a few within our budget of 20k. Infact to add some more money on 12, 599 and get better.
We then call to Sleepwell customer support and ask them if they can provide a credit note we can buy better one from their local store but they cleary deny that it is out of companies policy.
No problem, we decided to get this exchange from their online store. We call on this support number but this time their support guys are so rude and arrogant because we are now exhange people and a new customer. Our money is already with them.
However, we have noticed that the price are more in compared to the local Sleepwell store. But no problem we just want to sort this with a better one.
We asked their support support people to suggest which is good for back pain problem as my wife has back pain problem. but their support guy where so rudly told us this your problem, you have to decide quickly we have other customers on queue. He told us call us back once you dediced and disconnected.
We have shorted 2-3 from their website and called them again. This time there was a new support person. We asked from 2-3 we shorted which one is better from this and should be medium not so soft and not too hard and finally deciced to go for Durafirm Premium and paid them additional Rs. 7230 and offer two free pullows as showin on their website.
After few days we received delivery but two pillows were missing.
We check this Durafirm Premium mattress and found it is so hard that it was impossible to sleep on that. Even old defect was better than this one.
We immediately call their support and told about this Durafirm Premium is extremely hard and we ordered after they confirmed this medium soft and good. As usual they were so rude and arrogent dont want to listen anything.
We email their manager but no proper reply on issue. Just keep telling us that you this one and it will be adjusted according to your body
