Sleepwell is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I ordered a Sleepwell chair on 12th July 2025, with a clear commitment from the company that the product would be delivered within 6 working days.
However, it has now been more than 12 days, and the chair has still not been delivered.
For the past 5 days, I’ve been continuously following up with their team. Instead of solving the issue, they kept giving me false assurances – asking for “24 hours” again and again, but never fulfilling their promises.
What’s worse is the rude and arrogant behavior of their customer support team. There was no accountability, no courtesy, and no intent to help. At one point, I was even told, “If you want, take it, or else we’ll just refund the amount, ” as if they were doing me a favor.
This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable for a reputed brand like Sleepwell.
? My overall experience was very bad, and I strongly do not recommend purchasing from Sleepwell – not because of the delay alone, but because of their poor support, lack of commitment, and arrogant attitude.
Sleepwell needs to seriously work on their customer service if they want to retain trust.
