I have invested in one project with expat properties .i was provided various dectais , etc to showcase that land will yield higher appreciation in coming times nothing seem to have worked out and current land price is less than the price I purchased it 18 Years back.looks like they have sold me the land at higher price it self I first place since cannot understand how after 8years market valus goes below the price I purchased from expat they keep quoting me govt guiclelines value, but govt valuation has no meaning while buying /sellimg .there is tremedous difference between these 2valuations. I'm publishing this thread here to see how many people are facing such issues with this company.
